5V shunt reference in a TO-92-3 body
Noise and cathode current — the real limits
The minimum cathode current is 95 µA, and the maximum output current is 15 mA. That 15 mA ceiling includes the current drawn by the load plus the bias current through the set resistor; a design pulling 10 mA from the reference leaves only 5 mA of headroom for the shunt leg.
Lifecycle status is listed as active.
