Precision 4.096 V shunt reference for industrial and automotive analog chains
The Texas Instruments LM4030BMF-4.096/NOPB is a precision shunt voltage reference delivering a fixed 4.096 V output with ±0.1% initial tolerance and a 20 ppm/°C temperature coefficient. As a shunt reference, it behaves like a Zener diode — it regulates by shunting current through an external resistor from the supply rail, making it suitable for positive or negative rail referencing without a dedicated supply pin. The 130 µA minimum cathode current allows low-power biasing, while the 30 mA output current can drive multiple ADC reference inputs or pull-up networks.
