80 MHz Cortex-M3 with integrated Ethernet
The Texas Instruments LM3S6C11-IQC80-A2T is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 MCU from the Stellaris 6000 series, clocked at 80 MHz with 512 KB Flash and 64 KB RAM. It carries an integrated Ethernet MAC+PHY alongside I²C, SPI, SSI, UART, IrDA, LIN, and Microwire — a connectivity set that fits industrial gateways, HMI panels, and motor-drive control boards where one chip handles both fieldbus and TCP/IP traffic. The 100-LQFP package (14x14 mm) routes 46 GPIOs, enough for parallel LCD interfaces or encoder feedback capture without an external port expander.

Peripherals and DMA for real-time throughput
