The LM3S6618-IBZ50-A2T is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 microcontroller from the Stellaris 6000 series, running at 50 MHz with 128 KB of Flash and 32K x 8 of RAM. There is no official pin-compatible successor from the Stellaris family. A design migration to a current Cortex-M3 or -M4 MCU with Ethernet, such as the TM4C series, is the recommended path for new builds.
