The Texas Instruments LM3S6537-EQC50-A2T is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 microcontroller from the Stellaris 6000 series, clocked at 50 MHz. It packs 96 KB of Flash and 64 KB of SRAM, with a built-in Ethernet MAC+PHY and a full complement of serial interfaces — I²C, SPI, SSI, UART, IrDA, and Microwire — plus four 10-bit ADC channels and PWM outputs. The -40 to 105 °C operating range and 2.25 to 2.75 V supply make it a fit for industrial and networked embedded control where a single-chip Ethernet node is needed without an external PHY.
Ethernet on-chip — no external PHY needed
The integrated Ethernet MAC+PHY saves a PHY chip and magnetics on the BOM. The MAC supports 10/100 Mbps half/full duplex with auto-negotiation.
Industrial temperature grade
Rated for -40 to 105 °C. The 100-LQFP (14x14 mm) package is a standard surface-mount footprint.
Obsolete — sourcing reality
The LM3S6537-EQC50-A2T is obsolete per Texas Instruments. No successor part number is listed in the Stellaris family. This part is available through independent distribution on a quoted-to-order basis.
