The 14x14 mm body with an exposed pad (if present on this variant) needs a thermal via array under the package to keep the junction temperature within the -40 to +85°C operating range. Supply decoupling should follow the 2.25 V to 2.75 V rail tolerance — a 2.5 V LDO with 200 mV dropout margin covers the full range.
