1.08 V–1.32 V supply — the rail that defines the board
The core supply range of 1.08 V to 1.32 V is narrower and lower than the typical 3.3 V or 1.8 V found on most MCUs. This means the power design needs a dedicated low-dropout regulator or a DC-DC converter set to 1.2 V nominal, with tight tolerance. Sharing a rail with 3.3 V logic or analog supplies will damage the device.
Peripheral set — industrial control and sensor interface
The 33 I/Os in a 64-LQFP leave room for external memory or display interfaces, but the 8 KB SRAM limits buffering — plan for DMA-driven transfers to keep the CPU free for control tasks.
