80 MHz ARM Cortex-M3 with 64 KB Flash and 24 KB RAM
This Stellaris MCU runs an ARM Cortex-M3 core at 80 MHz — enough throughput for motor-control loops, industrial protocol stacks, or sensor fusion. The 64 KB Flash (64K x 8) holds moderate firmware images; the 24 KB SRAM (24K x 8) supports buffered UART or I²C data without external RAM.

100-LQFP footprint and temperature grade
Housed in a 100-LQFP (14x14 mm) surface-mount package, the MCU offers 67 GPIO lines for board-level interfacing. Mounting is standard surface-mount reflow; no exposed thermal pad, so heat dissipation relies on the package body and board copper.
