Built around the ARM Cortex-M3 core running at 25 MHz, this 32-bit single-core MCU delivers deterministic interrupt handling and a single-cycle multiply for control-loop tasks. The 128 KB on-chip flash (128K x 8) and 32K x 8 SRAM provide enough code and data space for a moderate-sized application — a CANopen stack, sensor fusion, or a basic HMI — without external memory.
On-chip peripherals include brown-out detect, POR, PWM, and a watchdog timer — enough to build a standalone controller without external supervisor ICs.
