25 MHz Cortex-M3 with 128 KB flash in 108-BGA
The LM3S1620-IBZ25-A2 is a Stellaris® ARM® Cortex®-M3S 1000 series microcontroller from Texas Instruments, built around a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 core clocked at 25 MHz.
Integrated peripherals include brown-out detect, power-on reset, PWM outputs, and a watchdog timer, with an internal oscillator eliminating the need for an external clock source. Serial interfaces cover I²C, IrDA, Microwire, QEI, SPI, SSI, and UART/USART, providing the connectivity needed for mixed-protocol control boards.
