Dual comparator with wide supply range and fast response
The LM393BIDSGR is a dual general-purpose comparator from Texas Instruments, part of the LM393 family. Typical propagation delay is 1 µs, with an open-collector, CMOS, MOS, or TTL output stage that interfaces directly with logic families without external level shifting.
Parametric fit for low-power, high-impedance signal chains
Maximum quiescent current is 600 µA per device, and the input bias current is 0.025 µA max at 5 V — low enough for high-impedance sensor front-ends where the comparator's own input current does not load the source.
Supplied in an 8-WFDFN exposed pad package (8-WSON 2x2 mm), the LM393BIDSGR is a surface-mount device.
