Fixed 1.875V rail for low-power loads
The LM3674MF-1.875/NOPB is a step-down buck converter from Texas Instruments, delivering a fixed 1.875V output at up to 600mA from a 2.7V to 5.5V input rail. The 2MHz switching frequency lets the output filter use small ceramic capacitors and a compact inductor, shrinking the total footprint on a space-constrained board. The integrated synchronous rectifier eliminates the external Schottky diode, boosting efficiency at light loads and simplifying the BOM count.
