The Texas Instruments LM35DZ/LFT1 is an analog, local temperature sensor in the classic LM35 family, packaged in a TO-92-3 through-hole outline (TO-226AA).
Accuracy and temperature range
Accuracy is specified as ±1.5°C at 25°C test condition — this is the guaranteed maximum error at that single point; the typical error is lower across most of the range. The local sensing range covers 0°C to 100°C, the full liquid-water temperature band, making it a direct fit for environmental monitoring, HVAC duct sensing, and industrial process measurement where the sensor sits on the board or in a probe.
The TO-92-3 package (supplier device package TO-92-3) is the familiar three-lead transistor outline — the flat face identifies the pinout: left pin is Vout, centre is GND, right pin is Vs.
