The 10 mV/°C output scale means the ADC reading directly corresponds to temperature without external amplification — a 0.5°C error at the sensor translates to a 5 mV offset at the ADC input.
Supply voltage and operating range
Operates from a 4V to 30V supply, drawing less than 60 µA from the rail. The wide supply tolerance lets it run on an unregulated battery or a 24V industrial bus without a local regulator. The -40°C to 110°C temperature range covers most industrial and automotive under-hood environments.
Supplied in a TO-206AB / TO-46-3 metal can (through-hole). The metal case provides a low thermal impedance path to the measured surface — mount it with the flat face against the target for best response time. The three leads are standard 0.100-inch pitch, compatible with breadboard or PCB layouts.
