Dual op-amp in TSOT-23-8 — what the automotive grade buys you
It delivers a 1.2 MHz gain-bandwidth product with a 0.5 V/µs slew rate, a 2 mV maximum input offset voltage, and a supply range from 3 V to 36 V — wide enough to cover 3.3 V logic rails and 24 V industrial buses on the same BOM.
1.2 MHz GBW and 2 mV offset — where the spec matters
The 1.2 MHz gain-bandwidth product sets the usable closed-loop bandwidth for signal conditioning — expect unity-gain bandwidth around 1.2 MHz, dropping proportionally with gain. The 10 nA input bias current is typical for a bipolar-input stage, so source impedance above 100 kΩ starts to add noticeable offset error.
The 3 V to 36 V supply span means this part can run from a single 3.3 V rail, a 5 V rail, or a 12 V/24 V industrial supply without a regulator change. Slew rate of 0.5 V/µs limits large-signal bandwidth to about 80 kHz at 10 V peak-to-peak, so fast pulse applications need a faster amplifier.
The TSOT-23-8 package (supplier device package TSOT-23-8) is a surface-mount footprint roughly 2.9 mm × 1.6 mm, with 0.65 mm pin pitch. It is compatible with standard SOT-23-8 land patterns.
