Product details

Boost LED driver for two independent strings

The LM3502ITL-25/NOPB is a DC DC Regulator using Step-Up (Boost) topology to drive up to two LED strings with a regulated 25 V output. The internal switch handles 600 mA peak, so the external BOM is just the inductor, two sense resistors, and the input/output caps. No external FET or boost diode needed.

The 10-WFBGA, DSBGA package and 10-TµSMD (1.9x2.07) supplier device package are the only form factors. ROHS3 compliant. The base product number LM3502 may help identify cross-reference opportunities.

Frequently asked questions

How can I order LM3502ITL-25/NOPB or check stock?

Since the LM3502ITL-25/NOPB is Obsolete, it is not stocked on the shelf. Submit an RFQ with your target quantity; we source from our independent distributor network and confirm availability and pricing per your request. The 10-WFBGA package is the only option.

What is the replacement for LM3502ITL-25/NOPB?

No direct pin-compatible replacement is listed. The LM2703MF-ADJ/NOPB is a functional alternative: same Step-Up (Boost) topology, internal switch, and backlight application, but single output (1 channel) with 0.35 A switch current versus the LM3502's 2 outputs and 600 mA switch. Verify your LED string count and current budget before swapping.
