Product details

Input rail and output current for 12V/24V industrial buses

The LM34910SD/NOPB accepts 8V to 36V input, covering the 12V and 24V industrial supply rails with margin for transients. The 1.25A continuous output is suitable for powering sensor modules, small relays, or auxiliary logic rails from a regulated bus. Output is adjustable from a 2.5V minimum up to 33V, set by an external resistor divider. The non-synchronous topology means an external Schottky catch diode is required — the bill of materials includes that diode and the inductor, not just the IC. Derate output current above 85°C ambient per the datasheet thermal curves.

The exposed pad is the primary thermal path — without a solid ground-plane connection the junction temperature rises above the 125°C limit at full load.
