Quad differential comparator in a 14-TSSOP
Each element compares two analog inputs and outputs a logic-level signal based on which input is higher. It accepts a wide supply range of 2 V to 30 V in single-supply mode, or ±1 V to ±15 V with split rails, making it adaptable to both 5 V logic systems and higher-voltage industrial rails. The open-collector output stage (also listed as CMOS, MOS, and TTL compatible) allows wired-OR connections and level shifting to different supply domains — a common requirement in threshold detection and window comparators.
Maximum quiescent current draw is 2.5 mA across all four comparators — the part stays cool in dense boards and keeps the thermal budget low even when all channels are switching. Input offset voltage is specified at 5 mV max at 30 V supply, and input bias current is 0.25 µA max at 5 V — these are the numbers that set the detection threshold accuracy in precision applications like battery undervoltage lockout or zero-crossing detectors.
The 14-TSSOP body (0.173-inch, 4.40 mm width) is a standard fine-pitch surface-mount footprint.
The wide supply range and open-collector outputs make it a drop-in for many legacy 339-type designs.
