2V to 30V supply — one comparator for mixed-voltage boards
That single-supply span covers 5V logic, 12V industrial, and 24V control systems without a secondary regulator — the same device handles threshold detection across a mixed-voltage backplane.
Offset and bias — threshold accuracy in high-impedance circuits
Maximum input offset voltage is 3mV at 30V supply, and input bias current is 0.25µA max at 5V. For a sensor bridge or a window comparator with 100kΩ source impedance, the 0.25µA bias adds 25mV of voltage error — that is the floor you design the hysteresis around. The 3mV offset is guaranteed across the full supply range, not just at one test point.
Open-collector output — wired-OR and level translation
Output type is CMOS, MOS, open-collector, or TTL — the open-collector stage lets multiple comparators share a pull-up resistor for a wired-OR interrupt line.
Housed in a 14-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm width) package — the same footprint as the industry-standard LM339 in SOIC-14.
