The LM3370TL-3008/NOPB: The fixed 2 MHz switching frequency allows a small inductor. Both outputs use synchronous rectification, eliminating external Schottky diodes.
Fixed output rails and temperature range
The outputs are fixed at 1.2 V and 2 V — no external resistor divider needed, but also no adjustment. That makes it a clean fit for powering a 1.2 V core and a 2 V I/O rail from a single Li-ion or 5 V bus.
That means no further production runs from TI. We can source it per RFQ — confirm the quantity and we'll check our network for available inventory.
The LM3370TL-3008/NOPB comes in a 20-bump DSBGA — that's a 0.4 mm pitch wafer-level chip-scale package. No leads, no exposed pads to probe. Hand-soldering is not realistic; you'll need a stencil, solder paste, and a reflow oven or hot-air station with a fine nozzle. For a rework tech: pre-bake the board at 125°C for 8 hours if the parts have been exposed to moisture, then use a low-temperature solder profile to avoid lifting the bumps.
