Dual 600 mA buck for tight supply rails
The LM3370TL-3006/NOPB is a dual-output synchronous buck converter from Texas Instruments that delivers fixed 1.2V and 1.8V rails at up to 600 mA each. The input range spans 2.7V to 5.5V, making it a direct fit for Li-ion battery packs (3.0V–4.2V) or 3.3V/5V regulated buses.
Package and layout: 20-DSBGA realities
The 20-DSBGA package uses 0.4 mm ball pitch — a 4-layer PCB with micro-vias is strongly recommended to fan out the inner balls.
The operating temperature range is -30°C to 85°C, which covers commercial and most industrial indoor applications but does not meet automotive under-hood requirements. For outdoor telecom, battery-backup, or portable equipment the range is adequate; for engine-bay or -40°C cold-crank scenarios, look at the AEC-Q100 rated peers (e.g., LM53625).
