Dual 600 mA rails at 2 MHz — what the fixed outputs mean for your BOM
The LM3370SDX-3416/NOPB is a dual-channel synchronous buck regulator from Texas Instruments, delivering fixed 1.4V and 2.8V outputs at 600 mA each from a 2.7V to 5.5V input rail.
Fixed output voltages — no adjustment possible
The output configuration is positive and fixed — channel 1 is regulated to 1.4V, channel 2 to 2.8V. There is no feedback pin for external resistor divider adjustment. If your design needs a different voltage on either rail, this part will not fit without a post-regulator or a different regulator IC.
Temperature range and package — board-fit checklist
Operating temperature is -30°C to 85°C, which covers most indoor and light industrial environments but not -40°C automotive cold-crank or extended outdoor telecom. The supplier device package is 16-WSON (5x4).
If you need a drop-in replacement, check the LM3370 family for pin-compatible fixed-output variants that may still be active.
