The datasheet recommends a 4.2 mm × 3.8 mm pad on the PCB with at least nine thermal vias to the ground plane. The 0.50 mm pitch and 0.30 mm pad width are standard for a WSON; no tombstoning risk if the stencil aperture is 1:1 with the pad.
