Quad differential comparator with wide supply range and industrial temperature grade
The LM2901PWRG3: Output type is open-collector, compatible with CMOS, MOS, and TTL logic families, giving the designer flexibility to interface with different voltage domains without level shifters.
Maximum quiescent current is 2.5 mA across four comparators. Maximum input offset voltage is 7 mV at 30 V supply. In a window comparator or zero-crossing detector, this sets the threshold accuracy floor; designs requiring tighter matching should budget for the typical value or select a precision-grade sibling. Input bias current is 0.25 µA max at 5 V — low enough that high-impedance sensor inputs (e.g., thermistor bridges, photodiode front-ends) won't see significant voltage drop across source resistors in the tens of kΩ range.
