Product details

Quad comparator with a 2 V to 30 V supply rail

The LM2901DRG3 is a quad general-purpose comparator from Texas Instruments, packing four independent voltage comparators into a 14-SOIC package. Its open-collector outputs let you wire-OR multiple comparators and shift levels between 5 V logic and a 24 V PLC input card without extra translation. Supply range spans 2 V to 30 V single-ended or ±1 V to ±15 V dual, so it runs off a 3.3 V microcontroller rail or a 24 V industrial bus with the same pinout.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between LM2901 and LM339?

Both are quad comparators with the same pinout and similar electrical characteristics, but the LM2901 is the better choice for harsh environments.
