Shunt reference for precision bias and comparison circuits
This topology is well-suited for low-dropout applications where the supply rail can swing above the reference voltage, and for generating a stable reference in comparator or ADC bias networks. The part is rated for the -25°C to 85°C temperature range, covering most commercial and industrial indoor environments but not extended outdoor or automotive under-hood conditions.
For a BOM freeze, this part carries no LTB risk and can be qualified for production builds without a short-term end-of-life watch.
