It covers the full -55°C to 150°C range with a typical accuracy of ±3°C at 25°C, and ±5°C over the entire span. The sensor is housed in a TO-46-3 metal can with through-hole mounting, suited for environments where a rugged, hermetically sealed package is needed.

At 25°C the output is 10 mV/°C times the absolute temperature. This linear scale lets a microcontroller ADC read temperature directly without a lookup table.

The TO-46 metal can is a three-lead through-hole package. It is designed for direct mounting on a PCB or for remote sensing via twisted-pair wires.
