The Texas Instruments ISO7762QDWRQ1 is a six-channel, unidirectional digital isolator built on capacitive-coupling technology, specifically characterized for CAN bus isolation. It delivers 5000Vrms of galvanic isolation across a 2.25V to 5.5V supply range on both sides, with a data rate up to 100Mbps — enough margin for CAN FD and other high-speed serial links.
