The Texas Instruments ISO7741DW is a four-channel digital isolator using capacitive coupling to pass signals across a reinforced isolation barrier rated at 5000Vrms.

85 kV/µs CMTI — why it matters for motor drives and inverters

Common-mode transient immunity is rated at a minimum 85 kV/µs. In a motor-drive or inverter stage where IGBT or SiC switching edges slam the local ground plane, that CMTI rating means the isolator won't falsely toggle its output when the common-mode voltage jumps.
