Package and mounting: 16-SOIC wide-body
Supplied in a 16-SOIC (0.295", 7.50 mm width) surface-mount package, the wide-body format provides the necessary creepage and clearance for 5000 Vrms reinforced isolation per IEC 60747-17. Mounting is surface-mount with no isolated power required on the secondary side — the part is powered solely by the input-side supply.
For PPAP documentation and AEC-Q100 qualification reports, the buyer should request the TI automotive-grade certificate at the time of order.
