The ISO7240CDWRG4 operates from a supply range of 3.15 V to 5.5 V on both sides, so it can bridge a 3.3 V microcontroller domain to a 5 V peripheral or sensor without a level shifter. Common-mode transient immunity of 25 kV/µs minimum ensures data integrity in the presence of fast-switching transients from motor drives or inverters.
