It supports data rates up to 150 Mbps with propagation delays of 16 ns max and 1 ns pulse-width distortion, making it suitable for high-speed isolation in industrial fieldbuses, isolated SPI/UART interfaces, motor-drive feedback paths, and power-supply control loops.
The 150 Mbps data rate covers most high-speed serial protocols — SPI clocks up to 50 MHz, UART at several Mbps, and CAN FD isolation — without introducing bit-rate bottlenecks. The 16 ns max propagation delay keeps timing margins tight; paired with 1 ns rise/fall times, you get clean edges for clock and data lines. This part handles that without extra filtering.
Package and supply voltage — drop-in fit for most boards
The 3V to 5.5V supply means you can run it from a 3.3V rail on one side and 5V on the other, or both from the same rail — no separate regulator needed. It does not include an integrated isolated DC-DC converter (: Isolated Power = No), so you need a separate isolated supply for the secondary side.
