Quad current-sense amplifier in a compact VQFN
The INA4290A3IRGVR: It integrates four independent current-sense amplifiers in a single 4x4 mm footprint, saving board space compared to four separate single-channel devices.
The 2.7 V to 20 V supply span covers common industrial rails. That flexibility simplifies BOM consolidation when the same design uses multiple power domains.
Package and thermal management
The 1.25 mA per-channel supply current keeps the junction temperature within limits at 125°C ambient — provided the thermal pad is soldered and the board has a reasonable copper pour.
Sourcing and compliance
That means it remains safe to qualify for new production runs and does not carry the supply-chain risk of an obsolete or NRND device. ROHS3 compliance covers EU and global manufacturing lines without exemption paperwork.
