Product details

Precision current monitoring with a ±1% ceiling

The INA381A3IDSGT is a Zero-Drift current sense amplifier that measures shunt voltage across a sense resistor on either the high or low side of the rail, with a guaranteed accuracy of ±1%. Its input common-mode range spans 0 V to 26 V, covering 12 V and 24 V automotive and industrial buses without an external level shifter. The -40°C to 125°C operating temperature range qualifies it for under-hood or factory-floor environments where the ambient swings beyond commercial limits.

Package and rework reality — 8-WSON with exposed pad

Reworking this package under hot air: the exposed pad wicks heat faster than the perimeter leads, so a preheat to 150°C on the bottom side and a focused nozzle on the pad centre lifts the part without lifting the adjacent pads.

ROHS3 compliant, with no exemptions that would restrict EU or global shipping.
