The INA333AIDRGT is a single-supply instrumentation amplifier from Texas Instruments, delivering a -3 dB bandwidth of 150 kHz while drawing only 50 µA supply current. This combination targets precision sensor conditioning in battery-operated or loop-powered systems where every microamp of quiescent current directly extends field life.
Input offset and bias — the DC precision floor
Maximum input offset voltage is 10 µV with an input bias current of 70 pA. For bridge sensors or thermocouple interfaces, these numbers set the DC error floor before gain — the 10 µV offset is negligible in a 100 mV full-scale signal, and 70 pA bias keeps loading on high-impedance sources like pH probes or photodiodes well under 0.1 % error.
Slew rate and output drive
Slew rate is 0.16 V/µs, consistent with the 150 kHz bandwidth and the 50 µA quiescent budget.
