High-side or low-side sensing means the same IC monitors current on either side of the load; no external level shifter is needed when the sense resistor sits between the battery and the load.
The -40°C to 125°C operating temperature range qualifies the INA303A1QPWRQ1 as AEC-Q100 Grade 1 — the standard for under-hood and engine-bay electronics that see 105°C ambient on a hot day.
