Current sense amplifier with 5 µV offset — why that matters for shunt measurements
The INA293B4IDBVT: Its 5 µV input offset voltage, combined with a 900 kHz bandwidth and 2.5V/µs slew rate, allows accurate reconstruction of fast current transients in motor drives, power supplies, and solenoid control loops. The wide supply span from 2.7 V to 20 V lets it run directly off the rail it monitors — no separate bias supply needed.
Temperature range and environment
The 125°C junction limit is the ceiling for continuous operation — derate power dissipation accordingly if the board runs near that boundary.
