The INA281A5IDBVR: Its supply span from 2.7 V to 20 V covers common rails. The 900 kHz gain-bandwidth product and 2.5 V/µs slew rate track switching-regulator inductor current or motor-drive phase current transients.
The 15 µV input offset and 20 µA input bias are typical for a shunt-based current monitor — accurate enough for a 1% system-level measurement without trimming.
