Current-sense amp for tight loops and hot environments
The INA280A5QDCKRQ1: Its 1.1 MHz gain-bandwidth product and 2 V/µs slew rate let it track fast load transients in DC-DC converter outputs or motor-drive phases without aliasing the feedback loop.
The 1.1 MHz GBW is enough for switching-regulator current-mode control loops switching at a few hundred kilohertz, but not for wide-bandwidth RF envelope tracking. The 15 µV input offset means you can use a smaller shunt resistor (lower power dissipation) while still getting a usable output signal at low current levels. Supply current is 370 µA typical, so it won't load down a battery-powered rail noticeably.
Temperature range and package reality
The SC-70-5 (SOT-353) footprint is compact, which helps on dense mixed-signal boards, but the small pad means thermal coupling to the shunt path is limited; keep the sense resistor close to the amp inputs to minimise IR drop on the PCB traces.
