Current sense amp for tight loops
The Texas Instruments INA280A3IDCKT is a single-channel current sense amplifier in a SC-70-5 package. It monitors shunt voltage on a 2.7 V to 20 V supply rail and delivers a 900 kHz bandwidth — enough to catch fast load transients in a power-stage feedback loop or a motor-phase current profile.
Supply range and temperature coverage
Supply span is 2.7 V to 20 V. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C.
Housed in a 5-lead SC-70-5 (also listed as SOT-353), the part takes minimal board area. The single-channel design keeps routing simple: one shunt input pair, supply, ground, and output. Surface-mount assembly only.
No end-of-life notice has been issued.
