Current-sense amplifier for shunt-based monitoring
It measures voltage across a shunt resistor and outputs a ground-referenced signal proportional to the load current. The 400 kHz bandwidth and 2V/µs slew rate keep the output responsive to fast current transients in switching power supplies and motor drives.
Low offset and bias current for accurate measurement
The low offset lets the part resolve millivolt-level shunt drops without calibration, which matters when the full-scale shunt voltage is only 50-100 mV. Supply current is 1.8 mA — light enough for always-on sensing nodes.
