What this current-sense amplifier brings to the rail
The INA2290A1IDGKR: Its 6 µV input offset keeps the error low when you are reading millivolt drops across a sense resistor, and the 1.1 MHz gain-bandwidth product gives enough bandwidth for switching-frequency ripple or load-transient capture. Supply current sits at 680 µA, which is modest for a precision sense amp — it will not eat a noticeable slice of the standby budget in a battery-powered controller.
