Automotive current-sense amplifier in a small SC-70-6
The Texas Instruments INA199B2QDCKRQ1 is a zero-drift current-sense amplifier rated for automotive environments. It monitors current on the high or low side of the supply rail, converting the voltage across an external shunt resistor into a ground-referenced output. The ±1.5% accuracy over the -40°C to 125°C temperature range keeps the measurement within budget for battery monitoring, motor-phase current sensing, and solenoid diagnostics in engine control units or body controllers.
Package and assembly
Housed in a 6-pin SC-70-6 (also known as SOT-363), the part is surface-mount. The supplier device package is SC-70-6.
