2.7 V to 26 V supply span — where this current-sense amp fits
The 83 µA quiescent current keeps the sense block alive in battery-monitoring or always-on current-measurement nodes without draining the rail.
30 kHz bandwidth — the measurement window
With a 30 kHz gain-bandwidth product and 0.4 V/µs slew rate, the INA183A2IDBVR is built for DC and low-frequency current sensing — motor-phase current monitoring at PWM frequencies below a few kHz, battery charge/discharge tracking, or overcurrent detection on a power rail. It is not a part for high-speed switching-loop feedback; the bandwidth limits the usable shunt voltage to signals that change slower than roughly 5 kHz for a 1 V output swing. The 25 µV input offset voltage keeps the error floor low enough to resolve a 10 mV drop across a sense resistor at light load.
Temperature grade and package
The SOT-23-5 footprint (SC-74A / SOT-753 case) is a standard small-outline transistor package — hand-assembly or reflow, no special stencil. Surface-mount only.
Listed as Active product status and ROHS3 compliant.
