Current-sense amplifier with 350 kHz bandwidth
It monitors current via a shunt resistor and outputs a rail-to-rail voltage proportional to the sensed current, targeting motor-drive feedback, power-supply monitoring, and battery-management loops. The -3 dB bandwidth is 350 kHz, with a slew rate of 2 V/µs — fast enough to capture PWM ripple in a 20 kHz motor drive or the load step of a switched-mode supply.
Supply rails and temperature range
The SOT-23-5 footprint matches standard land patterns for the SC-74A case, so no special pad geometry is needed for reflow.
