The GAL20V8QS-25LVC is an electrically erasable programmable logic device (EE PLD) with a 25 ns propagation delay, built on a PAL-type architecture. Housed in a PQCC28 package, it is supplied in bulk. The 25 ns speed grade sets the maximum combinatorial logic path the device can close — for registered logic, the clock-to-output delay and setup time add to this figure, so the actual system clock ceiling is lower than the bare propagation delay suggests.
