It is not AEC-Q100 qualified, so it is not suitable for automotive applications that require PPAP documentation or grade-0/-1 temperature capability. For designs that must survive under-hood or high-humidity conditions, look at the DS90LV031A-Q1 variant if available, or verify that the industrial temperature grade meets the system's worst-case ambient.
