Supply rails and package footprint

Operates from a single 1.71 V to 1.89 V supply rail, which aligns with standard 1.8 V core logic in automotive SoCs. The dual-row VFQFN footprint with 0.5 mm pitch requires a solder paste stencil with appropriate aperture ratio to avoid bridging between the inner and outer rows. The exposed pad also serves as the primary electrical ground return for the high-speed LVDS outputs.
