The Texas Instruments DS90C185SQ/NOPB is an LVDS serializer rated for 2.94 Gbps aggregate data throughput. It takes 28 LVCMOS parallel inputs and serializes them onto 4 FPD-Link LVDS output pairs — the standard interface for driving high-resolution automotive displays over a twisted-pair cable. Supply range is 1.71 V to 1.89 V. The 48-WQFN (6x6 mm) exposed-pad package needs a thermal via pattern under the pad for heat sinking.
