The Texas Instruments DRV8328DRUYR is a three-phase brushless-DC gate driver that integrates current-management control for a pre-driver half-bridge output stage. It accepts a supply from 4.5 V to 60 V, covering 12 V, 24 V, and 48 V nominal motor buses, and delivers 2 A peak gate-drive current per phase — enough to drive medium-gate-charge MOSFETs in the 10 nC to 50 nC range without excessive switching loss. The PWM interface accepts standard six-step or space-vector modulation from a host MCU.

Without that via stitch, junction temperature rises quickly above 1 A continuous gate-drive duty.
